Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a People & Culture Generalist – Employee Relations to support and manage employee relations, compliance, background verification, and HR operations in a Philippines-based team. The role collaborates with the People & Culture leadership to ensure fair handling of employee matters, confidentiality, and adherence to labor regulations.

Hybrid work setup in Eastwood, QC with provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist functions.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, particularly employee relations, disciplinary procedures, due process, and separation processes.
• Hands‑on experience handling or supporting NTEs, administrative conferences, RTWOs, employee disciplinary cases, job abandonment, and employee separations.
• Familiarity with DOLE reporting requirements and online systems is highly preferred.
• Experience handling background verification and pre-employment screening processes is an advantage.
• Strong skills in HR documentation, case tracking, and records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately when handling sensitive employee matters.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with employee information and workplace concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee background verification for candidates and ensure compliance.
• Manage Employee Relations and due process under Philippine laws.
• Prepare and track NTEs and coordinate Administrative Conferences.
• Handle RTWO process and document case materials.
• Submit DOLE reports for separations and project-based closures.
• Support HR documentation, case tracking, and confidentiality.
