Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
• CHRP or similar HR certification is an advantage.
