Booth and Partners is seeking an Employee Relations Administrator to support our People Operations team in managing employee relations, compliance, and offboarding activities in the Philippines. This 5-month fixed-term contract role focuses on handling cases, documentation, and processes with confidentiality and adherence to company policies and local labor laws.

We are looking for an Employee Relations Administrator to support our People Operations team in managing employee relations, compliance, and offboarding activities. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundation in HR or Employee Relations and wants to gain hands-on experience in handling employee cases, documentation, compliance processes, and employee transitions.
You will work closely with employees, People Operations, managers, clients, and other internal stakeholders to ensure employee relations matters are handled fairly, accurately, confidentially, and in line with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
This is a 5-month fixed-term contract and offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to employee relations and HR compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Employee Relations & Case Management
Support the team in handling employee relations concerns and cases from documentation through resolution.
Assist with employee investigations by gathering information, reviewing documentation, and organizing case records.
Prepare employee relations documents such as Incident Reports (IRs), Notices to Explain (NTEs), Notices of Decision (NODs), and administrative hearing documentation.
Support disciplinary processes and ensure required documentation and timelines are properly followed.
Escalate sensitive, complex, or high-risk employee relations matters to the appropriate team members.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee concerns and case-related information.
Compliance & Documentation
Support the implementation of employee relations processes in accordance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
Maintain accurate and complete employee records, case files, trackers, and HR system updates.
Assist with government compliance requirements and preparation of audit-related documentation.
Ensure employee documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
Help maintain HR templates, process guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Offboarding & Employee Transitions
Support the end-to-end offboarding process, particularly for employee separations and client-related cancellations.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure clearance, final pay, employment documentation, system access, and other separation requirements are completed on time.
Assist with redeployment activities by coordinating with internal teams and tracking available opportunities.
Monitor employee movements, floating status, cancellations, and other workforce-related transactions.
Reporting & Team Support
Prepare employee relations, compliance, and offboarding reports and trackers.
Monitor case and compliance timelines and flag pending or overdue items.
Identify recurring issues and suggest ways to improve HR processes and documentation.
Work collaboratively with the People Operations team to ensure employee lifecycle activities are completed smoothly.
Provide support for People Operations projects and other HR initiatives as needed.
1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
Basic understanding of Philippine labor laws, employee relations practices, and HR compliance.
Exposure to employee relations case management and disciplinary processes.
Experience preparing or handling HR documentation such as IRs, NTEs, NODs, administrative hearing documentation, or similar employee relations documents is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and handling employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced People Operations environment.
Contract: 5-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite
Office Locations: BGC and Aguirre, Philippines
