Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support fair and consistent application of policies, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will investigate complaints, advise managers, and prepare documentation for labor cases.

You will liaise with legal counsel, represent the company in labor-related proceedings, and track ER metrics. The role offers opportunities to train in international offices and work across inter-office locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' HR experience in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in employee investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and labor dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information ethically and discreetly.

The Employee Relations Specialist will support the People Partner in managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Conducts investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
• Supports disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Advises managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepares documentation for labor cases and coordinates with legal counsel.
• Represents the company in labor-related proceedings (e.g., DOLE, NLRC).
• Tracks ER metrics such as case volume, resolution time, and trends.

What You Need To Have

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in employee investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and labor dispute resolution
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Solid business acumen and ability to work confidentially and ethically
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Certification in Employee Relations or Labor Law (advantage)
• Willing to work and be assigned to inter-office locations (Cubao, Vertis North, BGC) as needed to meet stakeholders or employees
• Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus
