Job summary

You will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, conduct Administrative Due Process and investigations, handle labor case hearings and mandatory conferences, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. You will assist other HR facets as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of continuous experience in a related field is required.
• College graduate with preference for business-related or behavioral science background.
• Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee relations.
• Conduct Administrative Due Process and any additional Administrative investigations.
• Handle labor case hearings and mandatory conferences.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, such as disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Assist other facets of the HR Department when necessary.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.
