Job summary

Idara Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to act as the primary liaison on employee-relations matters, conduct investigations into complaints, and drive engagement initiatives that nurture a positive workplace culture.

The role requires a Psychology or HRDM degree, knowledge of labor laws, and strong conflict-resolution skills. You will guide management on policies and assist in designing and delivering relevant training, with on-site duties in Timog, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in Labor law and regulations.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
• Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues within the organization.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and conflicts to resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance to management on employee relations best practices and policies.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to employee relations and conflict resolution.
