Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Assistant – Employee Relations & Discipline to professionally handle employee concerns, counseling, disciplinary documentation, and due process.

You will maintain confidential Employee Relations records and support Code of Conduct updates while applying policies fairly. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in HR/PSY/BA and at least 2 years in Employee Relations, with knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Employee Relations, HR Discipline, or related HR function.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, DOLE requirements, and due process.
• Experience handling counseling, grievances, conflict resolution, fact-finding, and disciplinary cases.
• Experience preparing Incident Reports, NTEs, violation notices, counseling records, and other Employee Relations documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline HR contact for employee concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, and conduct-related issues.
• Conduct employee counseling, coaching, corrective discussions, and follow-up meetings.
• Document counseling sessions, agreed action plans, and employee commitments.
• Assist in implementing and updating the company's Code of Conduct, violation classifications, penalties, and disciplinary procedures.
• Handle employee violation cases from incident reporting and fact-finding through documentation and case closure.
• Prepare and process disciplinary documents such as Incident Reports, NTE, employee explanations, counseling records, hearing or meeting minutes, violation notices, and disciplinary records.
• Ensure proper procedural due process is followed when handling employee discipline.
• Investigate employee cases objectively and gather relevant facts before recommending action.
• Apply company policies consistently and fairly without favoritism.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential Employee Relations records and case trackers.
