Cloud Accountant Staffing LLC is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in the Philippines. You will manage disciplinary cases, uphold company policies, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor law.

The role requires drafting NTEs, conducting hearings, and maintaining confidential case records while advising managers on actions and documentation. Responsibilities include supporting government-mandated benefits processes and coordinating with payroll.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and disciplinary management.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations and due process.
• Experience drafting NTEs, hearing minutes and Notices of Decision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee complaints, incidents and policy violations.
• Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), conduct administrative hearings, and prepare Notices of Decision following due process.
• Implement, communicate and enforce company policies and the code of conduct.
• Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies per Labor Code and DOLE issuances.
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and proper documentation.
• Maintain complete and confidential case records.
• Support SEnA/NLRC matters and coordinate with legal counsel when needed.
• Assist with offboarding and clearance for separations arising from disciplinary cases.
• Assist employees with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG benefit claims and payroll coordination.
