Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour practices and due process.
• Strong interviewing, documentation, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to remain objective in sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct or support fact-finding and case conferences.
• Prepare notices, minutes, and disciplinary documentation.
• Advise supervisors on consistent policy application.
• Track cases and support employee engagement or conflict-resolution activities.
