Job summary

You will receive, document, and help resolve grievances, support case conferences, prepare notices, and advise supervisors on consistent policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and due process.
• Strong interviewing, documentation, confidentiality, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct or support fact‑finding and case conferences.
• Prepare notices, minutes, and disciplinary documentation.
• Advise supervisors on consistent policy application.
• Track cases and support employee engagement or conflict‑resolution activities.
