Job summary

Mary Grace Foods seeks an Employee Relations Associate to support the Employee Relations Manager. You will handle disciplinary actions, conduct objective investigations, and maintain confidential case records, while promoting a respectful, values-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• 2–3 years of Employee Relations experience in retail or F&B.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate disciplinary action processes, investigations, and documentation with clear due process.
• Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between departments or individuals.
• Design and manage commendation and employee reward initiatives with department heads.
• Coach and counsel department heads; deliver coaching workshops and feedback training.
• Collaborate with Cultural and Spiritual Affairs to drive wellbeing and engagement activities.
• Uphold Mary Grace Foods' values, ethics, and confidentiality in all employee relations matters.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace culture across the organization.
• Adapt plans and priorities to changes and support department goals.
