Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist in Manila to support a productive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will counsel employees, participate in recruitment and dismissal processes, and conduct background checks while communicating HR policies clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Political Science, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software
