Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive Employee Relations professional in Taguig to handle labor relations issues, guide managers, and support HR engagements.

The role focuses on compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE guidelines, while ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective conflict resolution. The successful candidate will maintain RTWO processes, build a robust ER issue database, and collaborate on HR initiatives such as surveys, CSR programs, and recognition

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Taguig.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Regularly handle labor relations issues, including managing incident reports and preparing or assisting in the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTE) when necessary.
• Address employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures in a timely manner.
• Guide, coach, and provide sound advice to people managers on new or challenging situations, performance or work behavior concerns, and cases involving serious misconduct.
• Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances whenever necessary.
• Prepare Return to Work Orders (RTWO) as requested by stakeholders. Monitor RTWOs from the issuance of the first letter through the final letter, create and maintain the RTWO tracker, and prepare a weekly summary report.
• Create and maintain a structured database of employee relations issues for weekly submission to the ER Manager.
• Assist in the conduct of administrative hearings and in the preparation of required documents, such as Administrative Hearing Invitations and Minutes of the Meeting. Create and maintain an organized filing system, both soft copy and hard copy, for all supporting documents related to administrative hearings conducted.
• Assist and participate in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of HR engagement projects, such as Satisfaction Surveys, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Community Outreach Programs, Rewards and Recognition Programs, Theme Nights, and other related initiatives.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
