Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR practitioner to manage employee relations, compliance, and labor matters. You will review incident reports, conduct investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with policies.

With 5-10 years in HR and experience handling 100+ FTEs, you will coordinate terminations and support project-based IT resources, liaising with stakeholders to resolve concerns and uphold a fair workplace environment.

Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experience as an HR practitioner.
Experience in employee relations/engagement and Labor Law.
Background handling project based employees/handling IT resources.
Experience handling terminations/end of contract.
Exposure handling 100+ FTEs is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Review employee incident reports and complaints.
Conduct investigations related to disciplinary cases.
Recommend and implement appropriate disciplinary actions and resolutions.
Communicate administrative decisions to employees and concerned stakeholders.
Handle employee concerns related to labor and employee relations.
Represent the company in labor-related matters when needed.
