Job summary

Seachamp International Export Corporation is seeking an HR professional to support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in the Philippines. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and leaves, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

You will assist in disciplinary actions, notices, and incident reports, while supporting benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Assist in handling employee relations concerns and inquiries.
• Support implementation of HR policies, rules and regulations.
• Assist in preparing disciplinary actions, notices and incident reports.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of seasonal employees.
• Support employee records management and employment documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, payroll-related concerns, and benefits administration.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, health and safety initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR and administrative reports and records.
• Perform other HR and Employee Relations duties as assigned.
