Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help leadership meet retention goals and be a brand ambassador on-site.
• Plan, facilitate and execute employee engagement programs.
• Communicate important messages to staff and leadership.
• Pass on team feedback to leadership and host focus groups.
• Distribute online surveys and establish feedback channels.
• Collaborate with on-site and remote campus teams.
• Coordinate corporate events and engagement initiatives.
• Prioritize overlapping projects with clear expectations.
• Maintain transparent communication with site and corporate leaders.
