Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or PR.
• 3–4 years of work experience in communication.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging content for employee comms, press releases, newsletters, speeches, and marketing materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to disseminate internal communications promptly.
• Coordinate distribution on the right platforms and ensure accessibility.
• Develop internal communication plans for initiatives, events, and announcements.
• Collaborate with Regional Communications Specialist for regional activities.
• Maintain updated SharePoint/Google folders with information.
• Meet with stakeholders to coordinate communication requests.
• Work with EX team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct surveys to measure communication effectiveness and impact.
• Support employer branding efforts to enhance brand identity.
• Assist in crisis communications and media relations.
