Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment exposure.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition support including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure new hire documents are completed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and measure participation.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports, and handle HR policies.
• Assist with coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance.
