Job summary

Luxasia Philippines is seeking an Employee Experience Executive to attract, engage and inspire talents, acting as a strategic partner across HR generalist duties and department-focused support. You will drive efficient recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement to foster a thriving workplace.

The role also covers HR operations, data management, and coordinating learning activities to continuously enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support: source, screen, and schedule candidates; coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers; prepare recruitment reports.
• Onboarding Coordination: manage welcome kits, IT requests, access cards, orientation schedules, and new hire documentation.
• Employee Engagement and Experience Support: assist in organizing events, recognition programs, surveys, and engagement initiatives.
• HR Operations & Administration: maintain employee records, generate HR reports, ensure policy implementation and communication.
• Learning and Development Support: coordinate training sessions, prep materials, and track attendance and evaluations.
