• Lead, coach, and develop a global HR team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide business insights, align contributions with HR priorities, and encourage feedback.
• Identify and assess skills; facilitate training including systems knowledge, compliance, and soft skills.
• Manage performance with consistency and care; set goals, recognize achievements, address issues.
• Prioritize cross-training and succession planning to avoid single points of failure.
• Create visibility to growth pathways; support individual development plans aligned with team needs.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HR data management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies; ensure consistent application and updates across geographies.
• Identify and lead process improvements; leverage technology including AI-powered tools to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; manage reporting and audits.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement activities; manage vendor relationships and budget.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence; serve as on-site HR contact for Cebu, coordinating with Facilities and site leadership.
