Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Employee Engagement and Internal Communications leader to drive programs that elevate employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and align initiatives with business goals and organizational values.

You will oversee the Employee Engagement Team, plan events, manage logistics and budgets, collaborate with HR and leadership, and ensure inclusive, impactful engagement across Ortigas and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience overseeing employee engagement and events.
• Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Employee Engagement Team.
• Develop and implement a calendar of employee events, celebrations, team-building, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue, vendors, catering, and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Communicate event details across the organization via email, intranet, and other channels.
• Manage budgets related to employee activities and optimize resources.
• Gather post-event feedback to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align events with culture, values, and strategic goals.
• Promote an inclusive environment by planning diverse activities for varied employee interests.
• Monitor industry trends to continually enhance engagement initiatives.
