HRTx Inc is seeking an HR Engagement and Events Specialist to help develop and implement employee engagement strategies, plan team events, and support internal communications. The role focuses on promoting company culture, wellness, recognition, and retention through hands-on event execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include organizing town halls and activities, managing logistics and timelines, drafting internal messages, and analyzing feedback to improve programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement.
• Experience organizing events or programs is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs.
• Organize activities that promote teamwork, morale, and company culture.
• Support initiatives related to employee wellness, recognition, and retention.
• Plan and execute company events such as town halls, team buildings, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate logistics including venue sourcing, program flow, suppliers, and materials.
• Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events.
• Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications related to HR programs and events.
• Promote engagement activities through email, social media, or internal platforms.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company culture and values.
• Support the implementation of employee surveys and engagement initiatives.
• Gather feedback and analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in recommending programs based on employee needs and insights.
• Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Assist in onboarding activities to enhance new hire experience.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
