Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to lead internal communications, culture storytelling, and employer branding across the organization. You will partner with the People & Culture team to ensure values and programs are effectively communicated to employees and external audiences.

The role focuses on driving internal engagement, supporting change management, and strengthening the employer brand through compelling content, digital campaigns, and employee advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employer branding, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing corporate social media platforms and digital content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance reputation as an employer of choice.
• Manage employer brand across digital and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content showcasing culture, experiences, initiatives, leadership perspectives, and achievements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing and talent attraction.
• Build employee advocacy programs and monitor brand performance to improve engagement and candidate attraction.
• Develop and implement internal communications plans aligned with business objectives.
• Translate HR concepts into clear, employee-friendly communications across intranet, newsletters, and emails.
• Lead communications for organizational change, executive announcements, and leadership communications.
• Design culture-focused campaigns to reinforce company values and boost engagement.
• Establish metrics for communications and employer branding; analyze feedback and performance for continuous improvement.
