HRTX is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Specialist to support administration of employee benefits and retirement programs across US and international locations. The role focuses on accurate HRIS data, benefits life events, and effective collaboration with payroll, legal, and compliance teams.

The position involves LOA management, benefits enrollment audits, and supporting open enrollment activities, with office-based work on scheduled days.

Qualifications

• Experience managing US and international benefits programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday) and benefits life events.
• Ability to audit payroll deductions and open enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HRIS (Workday) to provide accurate eligibility information to carriers/vendors.
• Process US and global benefits life events transactions in the HRIS.
• Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes and COBRA enrollments.
• Perform quality checks of benefits-related data across internal and vendor platforms.
• Manage leaves of absence (LOA) programs in the US and other countries, and communicate LOA policies.
