Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking an Employee Engagement & Culture Assistant Manager to design and implement engagement programs, culture initiatives, and company-wide activities that reinforce values and belonging.
You will partner with HR and business units to deliver meaningful experiences, recognition programs, and internal campaigns across the organization. The role requires leading events, surveys, and communications to strengthen employee connection and alignment with the EVP and people
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote belonging, connection, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Translate the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and culture into meaningful employee experiences, activities, and campaigns.
Develop initiatives that strengthen the company’s Employee Value Proposition and culture identity.
Partner with HR and business leaders in identifying engagement opportunities and addressing employee experience gaps.
Support engagement surveys, focus groups, pulse checks, and other activities designed to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement culture-enhancement programs based on employee feedback, organizational priorities, and engagement data.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide events and major employee activities, including but not limited to:
Townhalls
Company anniversaries
Christmas/Year-end celebrations
Sportsfest
Team-building activities
Employee appreciation activities
Recognition events
Family/employee events
Cultural and values-related activities
Special employee campaigns and celebrations
Develop event concepts, themes, programs, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, venues, event partners, and other external providers.
Ensure smooth event execution, including logistics, program flow, communications, manpower, and contingency planning.
Evaluate events after implementation and recommend improvements for future activities.
Develop and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs that reinforce desired behaviors and company values.
Support initiatives that celebrate employee milestones, contributions, achievements, and organizational wins.
Explore creative and sustainable ways to make employees feel valued, recognized, and connected to the organization.
Develop creative engagement campaigns and activities to strengthen awareness and participation in HR and company initiatives.
Work closely with Internal Communications/HR teams in creating engaging content, announcements, campaigns, and employee materials.
Ensure consistent communication of company culture, values, employee programs, and engagement initiatives.
Identify innovative platforms, activities, and communication channels to reach employees across different locations and work environments.
Design programs that help employees understand and live the company values in their day-to-day work.
Develop culture activation activities for new hires, teams, and the broader organization.
Partner with leaders and people managers to reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
Identify opportunities to integrate culture into employee touchpoints such as onboarding, recognition, celebrations, learning activities, and leadership programs.
Collaborate with HR, business units, leadership, and employee committees in planning and delivering engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with event suppliers, venues, agencies, creative partners, and other service providers.
Manage event and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and appropriate utilization of resources.
Ensure vendors and external partners meet agreed quality, service, and delivery standards.
Track participation, engagement, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for programs and events.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to assess program effectiveness.
Prepare post-event/program reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
Use engagement data and employee feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, HR, culture, events management, internal communications, employer branding, or related functions
Experience in managing large-scale corporate events and employee programs is highly preferred
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers
