Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking an HR Engagement Specialist to plan and execute employee engagement activities and maintain engagement programs.

The role involves leading events, cascading business strategy and recognizing staff contributions across the organization. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in HR, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, HRM or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR.
• Experience planning and organizing company events.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and flexible.
• Willing to work overtime as necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City or Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and executes employee engagement activities.
• Leads planning, communicating, staging, evaluating, and documenting business strategy cascades, rewards and recognition events, work-life balance activities, and volunteerism events.
• Manages, develops, and maintains employee engagement programs.
• Develops and manages the successful creation and execution of company-wide engagement events.
