Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an organized Engagement/Events Specialist to join our People team in Manila. You will help plan, coordinate, and measure employee engagement programs, partner with IT, design, and marketing, and manage the engagement budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in project, change, or events management, strong communication, and analytical skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Hospitality, or PR is preferred, with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years work experience preferably in project, change, events management.
• Event and project management skills; Effective planning & organizing skills.
• Strong proactive problem solving skills, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills at all management levels.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Hospitality, Public Relations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the vision, mission, and values of Globe Telecom.
• Plans and organizes engagement activities by managing employee engagement initiatives and communications including surveys.
• Partners with IT, graphic design, and marketing to manage digital communication channels.
• Responsible for forecasting and managing the engagement budget.
• Conducts weekly/monthly reviews and provides reports as needed.
