Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a creative HR Employee Engagement Specialist to plan and execute employee programs, company events, wellness activities, recognition initiatives, and culture-building projects.

The successful candidate will manage events and HR projects from planning through completion while coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and employees to enhance the overall employee experience and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, marketing, events management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, events management, HR, internal communications, or project management.
• Experience with end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Knowledge of event budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and project timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with Canva/Adobe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end company events, employee programs, and wellness activities.
• Lead employee engagement and workplace culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, company celebrations, and other employee events.
• Manage event budgets, project timelines, logistics, venues, suppliers, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee HR projects from planning through implementation and completion.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of employee programs.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct employee feedback activities, surveys, focus-group discussions, and post-event evaluations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, event documentation, and program evaluations.
• Monitor participation, employee feedback, and engagement results.
