Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and drive our employee engagement strategy from MOA Square, Pasay City. The role focuses on developing tools, events, and communications that foster a strong culture and deepen commitment to the brand, mission, and values.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years in HR, expertise in internal communications and event management, and strong leadership and presentation skills to coach leaders and shape organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in direct Human Resource work.
• Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
• Experience in internal communications and event management is a must.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Development of an overall employee engagement strategy.
• Develop and produce regular internal communications via email, newsletters, videos, etc.
• Lead the communication strategy regarding employee experience; review and provide suggestions to content.
• Lead the employee feedback experience and help drive prioritization of critical areas.
• Provide leadership to the organization in employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Implement engagement activities, events, and approaches across the organization.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and conduct round table sessions.
• Develop and maintain reports on engagement and culture activities.
• Develop and maintain a repository for materials on employee engagement.
• Evaluate results and impact of engagement activities and support provided.
• Keep up with resources and new developments in employee engagement.
