Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and maintain Employee Engagement initiatives of the Firm.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Admin for promotional items within budget.
• Gathers feedback from post event surveys and provide a debrief of the project.
• Ensure employee engagement program effectiveness.
• Ensure CSR programs are deployed.
• Communicate the Perks Partnership Program of the Firm.
• Assist in allocating the Employee Engagement budget across activities and events.
