Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in event management, field marketing, brand activation, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing large-scale events and activation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of event budgeting, vendor management, sourcing, and cost analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and other presentation or project management tools.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a calendar of local marketing activations and engagement initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Establish KPIs to measure event effectiveness and impact.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Lead end-to-end execution of events, including venue, vendors, staffing, logistics, and materials.
• Provide on-site leadership during key events for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, and other stakeholders for alignment.
• Collect and report event metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Serve as a voice of employees and candidates to inform strategies.
