Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton seeks an Employee Engagement professional to plan, implement, and monitor engagement initiatives within the firm. The role coordinates with procurement, finance, and admin to manage promotional items within budget.

The candidate should gather feedback from post-event surveys, ensure program effectiveness, support CSR deployments, and help allocate the engagement budget across activities. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and maintains the Employee Engagement initiatives of the Firm.
• Coordinates with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing / Admin. Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget.
• Gathers feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze / provide a plus-delta debrief of the project.
• Ensures employee engagement program effectiveness.
• Ensures Corporate Social Responsibility programs are deployed.
• Communicates the Perks Partnership Program of the Firm.
• Assists in allocating the Employee Engagement budget across the activities and events to be implemented.
