Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and maintains Employee Engagement initiatives of the Firm.
• Coordinates with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing/Admin for promotional items within budget.
• Gathers feedback from post-event surveys and provides a plus-delta debrief.
• Ensures Employee Engagement program effectiveness.
• Ensures Corporate Social Responsibility programs are deployed.
• Communicates the Perks Partnership Program of the Firm.
• Assists in allocating the Employee Engagement budget across activities and events.
