Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Payments Lifecycle Specialist to investigate and resolve wire transfer inquiries, support operational excellence, and contribute to improvements in payments processing.

You will work in the Payments Investigations team, handling day-to-day processing, following documented controls, collaborating with partners, and delivering timely, accurate outcomes while emphasizing client service and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in international payment processing operations, including wire transfers and/or investigations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for documenting cases and updates.
• Ability to follow documented procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, ownership and escalation abilities.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools and comfort across multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process investigations and transactions in line with documented procedures and SLAs.
• Investigate wire transfer inquiries by reviewing details and results.
• Handle manual instructions for funds and wire transfers across currencies.
• Analyze case data to verify accuracy, completeness, and approvals.
• Submit manual entries with proper documentation and traceability.
• Provide updates to clients or partners on status and outcomes.
• Identify exceptions and control gaps, raising issues through proper channels.
• Cross-train teammates and share procedures for assigned processes.
• Perform backup production tasks and suggest workflow improvements.
• Rotate across team functions to maintain coverage and priorities.
