Job summary

You will oversee mobility, data accuracy, annual compensation cycles, and audits, while coaching HR Operations teams and ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 6–8 years of Total Rewards/HR Operations experience in a multi-country environment.
• Experience delivering compensation and benefits programs across regions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards execution across EMEA with consistent delivery of programs.
• Oversee data accuracy, system transactions, compliance docs, and employee records.
• Support annual compensation and benefits cycles, benchmarking, and surveys.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and regional teams to align programs with global frameworks.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
