Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is recruiting a Manager, Total Rewards to oversee the execution of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA from the Taguig site. You will ensure accurate data, streamline processes, and support annual cycles while aligning with global frameworks and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 6–8 years in Total Rewards, HR operations, or related function in multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, lifecycle administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing HR data, HRIS transactions, and vendor-supported processes with accuracy.
• Ability to interpret Total Rewards policies and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards execution across EMEA ensuring consistent compensation and benefits delivery.
• Manage operational processes: data accuracy, system transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Support annual compensation and benefits cycles, including planning and benchmarking.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries on compensation and benefits.
• Partner with HR COEs and regional teams to implement programs per global and local requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for effective service delivery.
