Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Senior Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits Accounting to join the Global Services Finance team. You will manage payroll, pension, expenses, bonuses, and other costs, ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations and compliance with US GAAP.

You will collaborate with a global network across 60 countries, mentor junior staff, and help drive process improvements and automation while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for Compensation & Benefits.
• Close monthly and quarterly periods per calendar and SLA.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits.
• Lead and develop team members and cross-functional SMEs.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
