Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Vendor Management to lead the strategy and execution of vendor partnerships within HR operations across global sites, including Manila and Bogota. This role drives governance, performance, and cost-containment while safeguarding data privacy and compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to optimize vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor management activities including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
• Establish and manage vendor governance frameworks with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance vendor performance, service quality, and cost optimization.
• Monitor vendor financials including spend, cost trends, and savings opportunities.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management including negotiations, renewals and compliance with obligations.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across vendor engagements.
