Job summary

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is hiring a Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to maintain client payroll databases, handle new hires, terminations, accruals, garnishments and rate changes using our workflow software. You will audit time and attendance, import records into ADP and Paychex, review previews, manage period-end reporting, and support client education on our standards.

This role requires meticulous, collaborative professionals with strong accounting fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience using payroll systems is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client’s payroll databases for new hires, terminations, direct deposits, manual checks, accruals, garnishments and rate changes utilizing our Workflow Software.
• Assist in auditing time and attendance records and educate clients on our standards and processes.
• Import records into ADP and Paychex for time and attendance to maintain timely payroll processing.
• Submit previews and development audits for clients to review prior to final submissions.
• Maintain pay period, quarterly and annual payroll reporting folders including period end journal entries.
• Handle workers comp audit reporting as they occur.
