Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an Onboarding/Engagement Specialist to support our EMEA-based workforce. You will manage assignments, engage workers, and coordinate with HR, payroll, and employee relations.

This hybrid position requires excellent English communication and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with onsite training at Ayala Avenue, Makati. You will use the ATS (Job Diva) to document updates, track renewals, and support education and performance evaluations while aiming to improve

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• Proficiency with ATS tools such as Job Diva is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati for training.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for EMEA workers throughout assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations with internal departments.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.
