Russell Tobin is seeking a Healthcare Engagement Specialist to support US healthcare workers based in Makati. The role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing assignment support, and credentialing compliance for healthcare professionals.

You will serve as the main contact for contingent staff, coordinate with internal teams on pay, benefits and HR matters, and help manage credentialing renewals and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with US healthcare credentialing and HR support.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for contingent healthcare workers throughout their assignments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations issues.
• Assist with credentialing renewals and compliance requirements.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities, including timesheets and access.
• Provide coaching and counseling to improve worker satisfaction and reduce attrition.
• Monitor contract renewals, extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Document updates and generate reports using the ATS (Job Diva).
• Share insights with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operations.

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused US Engagement Specialist (Healthcare) to support our US-based healthcare workforce. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing assignment support, and proper credentialing compliance for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all contingent healthcare workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Assist with expiring credentials and manage yearly compliance renewals.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access.
• Review healthcare providers educational background, licensure, and certifications for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Maintain and track credential records, expiration dates, and required renewals.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with US healthcare credentialing and HR support

• Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management
