Job summary

Scale-Up Philippines is hiring two Client Care Virtual Assistants in a hybrid setup. Part-time with a path to full-time, evening and weekend shifts in the Philippines.

You’ll work closely with real estate agents, inspectors, and clients to enhance the client experience while keeping CRM records updated and supporting marketing tasks. The role involves proactive problem solving, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership on deal sourcing and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks.
• Familiar with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Basic social media management experience is a plus.
• Stable internet connection and backup options.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and client communications promptly and professionally.
• Manage inspection confirmations and review outstanding/unconfirmed orders.
• Prepare Certificate of Completion documents for upcoming mold inspections.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and automate email sequences.
• Support social media engagement (reviews, reels/TikTok, comments).
• Review and improve process documentation; create new guides where gaps exist.
• Complete assigned and shared Workspace tasks within deadlines.
• Review operation logs to catch and prevent future problems.
• Assist with weekly/monthly presentations ( visuals, metrics, content ).
• Support website updates and podcast editing/publishing as needed.
