• Able to work the graveyard shift when required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup.
• Reliable electricity with power backup ready for uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and manage client communications.
• Handle calls and email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform administrative tasks including A/R, A/P, and document prep.
• Assist with marketing and social media management.
• Follow client-specific SOPs and stay updated on changes.

• Provide data, updates and reports to leadership as needed.
