Scale-Up Philippines is partnering with a growing property inspection company to hire two Client Care Virtual Assistants. This role goes beyond administrative support (you’ll be a key part of the client experience), working directly with real estate agents, inspectors, and clients during one of the biggest
investments of their lives. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, especially during evening and weekend shifts when the team relies most on proactive, self-directed support.
You’ll be working closely with the leadership team to support deal sourcing, portfolio management, and day-to-day property operations. If you’re analytical, proactive, and passionate about the property market, this role was made for you.
This role includes rotating evening and/or weekend shifts. During lower call-volume periods, CCVAs are expected to proactively work through operational tasks, CRM upkeep, marketing support, and process improvements rather than waiting for instructions.
At Scale Up Philippines, we connect talented Filipino professionals with world-class clients who value people as much as results. This one is for someone ready to grow.
If you’re passionate about this position and ready to grow your career with a global team, we’d love to hear from you!
