Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, materials, and technical solutions to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on technical requirements and applications.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product specifications, and other sales documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, specifications, availability, pricing, and applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek potential clients and projects.
• Conduct customer visits and assist with product selection and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and proper product support.
• Monitor sales activities, customer requirements, orders, and project developments.
• Assist in resolving technical concerns and customer complaints.
• Stay updated on new products, technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
