Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical work orders and emergency repairs.
• Inspect condition of electrical wiring across the facility.
• Maintain lighting and address lighting maintenance.
• Check generator sets for electrical problems and maintenance.
• Assist fabricator on in-house projects (welding).
• Inspect pumps for TTLR/Water Supply.
• Support operations during vessel/barge receiving and unloading.
• Inspect fire pump set and auxiliaries for electrical readiness.
• Report defects to supervisor for corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

Job description

FACILITY MAINTENANCE

• Executes electrical related work orders or any electrical emergency related repairs
• Checks the condition of electrical wires in the whole facility
• Repairs and maintain good condition of lighting in the facility
• Checks the generator set for electrical problems and maintenance
• Assist fabricator for in-house projects (welding)
• Checks pumps for TTLR/Water Supply
• Assists operations department during vessel/barge receiving and unloading (watchman team)
• Check the fire pump set for electrical and other auxiliaries.
• Reports to the supervisor any defects on the terminal facilities which need immediate corrective and preventive actions.
• Performs other related task that the Maintenance Supervisor will assign from time to time.

HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT. SAFETY

• Comply the safety programs, policies and procedures of the company
• Contribute to the job hazard reporting with regards to work related processes of the company
• Ensure that the emergency equipment (oil spill and firefighting equipment) are ready and effectively maintained
• Report to the immediate superior any incident/accident occurrence and any other conditions that may affect the safety and security of the personnel and the facility.
