Job summary

Mc MAI (CEBU) TRADING CORPORATION is seeking a Maintenance Professional to develop and manage Preventive Maintenance Programs and evaluate repair options. The role includes monitoring operations to prevent equipment breakdown, coordinating with departments, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has NCII certification, engineering/technical background, and 3+ years in a similar role, with preferred licensure.

Qualifications

• At least college level in any engineering or technical course.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related job.
• National Certification II (NCII) is required.
• Holder of any engineering/technical license is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar or related job.

Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and implements Preventive Maintenance Programs and effective options for repairs.
• Monitors maintenance operations to prevent equipment breakdown in accordance to health and safety standards.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure goals are met.
• Monitors employees' performance to ensure maximum engagement.
• Onboards newly hired maintenance personnel on SOPs.
• Prepares maintenance reports and ensures timely submission.
• Ensures adherence to Quality, Health, and Safety policies.
• Attends vessel, truck and isotank receiving/loading activities for Bulk Terminal.
• Acts as On-Scene Commander of the Fire Brigade / Emergency Response Team for Bulk Terminal.

About the role

You will monitor maintenance operations to prevent equipment breakdown in accordance with health and safety standards, coordinate with other departments, and oversee maintenance personnel.

• Monitors maintenance operations to prevent equipment breakdown in accordance to health and safety standards

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure goals are met

• Monitors employees' performance to ensure maximum engagement

• Orients newly hired maintenance personnel on the standard operating procedures

• Prepares maintenance reports and ensure timely submission

• Ensures that all company policies and program on Quality, Health, and Safety are strictly implemented and followed by the employees

• Attends vessel, truck and/or isotank receiving and loading activities for Bulk Terminal

• Acts as an On-Scene Commander of the Fire Brigade / Emergency Response Team for Bulk Terminal

About you
