Proficiency in AutoCAD, Planswift, and project management tools is essential. The role involves coordinating with contractors, reviewing specs, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance across all construction phases.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree and REE licensure are required.
• At least 3–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Planswift and project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities from initiation to completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor progress and provide technical support during all construction phases.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings; prepare and submit progress reports.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
• Report project status, risks, and updates to the Project Manager or Senior management.

About the role

About you

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

• At least 3-5 years relevant work experience in construction site supervision with excellent hands-on construction skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Planswift, and Project Management tools

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
