Job summary

The role requires leading teams, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and project standards. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a licensed REE, and at least five years of construction or field engineering experience, with strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Registered/licensed Electrical Engineer with REE is preferred; RME is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction or field engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement electrical designs, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with Philippine Electrical Code and standards.
• Supervise electrical works including power distribution, lighting, and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate electrical layouts with structural elements and ensure proper routing of conduits and cable trays.
• Lead and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and field engineers.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
