Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) to join our team as an Electrical Site Engineer. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities, with a strong focus on construction site supervision, technical support, and project execution from start to completion.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities from initiation to completion
Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance
Supervise and monitor electrical works and overall project progress at the site
Provide technical support and resolve construction-related issues
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
Attend coordination and progress meetings and prepare required reports
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and progress reports
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved plans and specifications
Monitor project status, identify risks, and report updates to the Project Manager or Senior Management

About you

Graduate of Electrical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction site supervision
Strong hands‑on knowledge of electrical construction and site operations
Familiarity with AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and project management tools
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
